Enhancing the Learning Environment at PittMed (ELEAP)
The Office of the Learning Environment is guided by the faculty and student learning environment committees, Enhancing the Medical Learning Environment at PittMed (ELEAP) Committee and Graduate Learning Environment at PittMed (GLEAP). Committee. We thank everyone involved in the committees for their input, advice, and time. Committees meet about once a month with OLE faculty to discuss their learning environment related comments, questions, and concerns.
Medical students and graduate students have different learning environments and experiences. Accordingly, we have separate committees to focus on the needs of each group. The Medical Student Faculty ELEAP and Medical Student ELEAP committees focus on the medical student experience, while the Graduate Student Faculty GLEAP and Graduate Student GLEAP committees focus on the graduate student experience.
