The Office of the Learning Environment (OLE) maintains a secure, centralized database of all accolades and incident reports from 2018 to the present. Each entry includes a case description and, if indicated, details of the inquiry, intervention, and outcome. This database allows OLE to identify patterns of concern which prompt an escalation in response.
Annually, and more frequently as needed, the OLE prepares de-identified summaries of school-wide and department-specific accolade and incident data. These summaries are shared with the Dean, other administrators, and departmental leadership. In this way, OLE promotes recognition of outstanding educators and continuous improvement in the learning environment.
