When submitting a professionalism accolade through the PAIR system, you can choose to file confidentially or anonymously. Confidential submissions allow us to ask follow-up questions and show you our gratitude for telling us about your exceptional learning experiences. Your name will not be shared with the accolade recipient without your permission.
Accolades are shared with the individuals and their supervisors. They are also posted on the monitors in Scaife Hall, such as the one in Morning Grounds, and on the OLE and OMED websites
